Description
Your role:

Formatting Financial Statements and other documents

Collating financial statements and tax returns

Sending documents to clients for signature (DocuSign or courier)

Efiling tax returns

Updating projects in PM

Filing signed documents

Sending our mass email to our clients during tax season

Updating information on our intranet site

What you bring to the table:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office administrative role (preferably in an accounting firm)

Excellent analytical skills and creativity to identify problems and potential solutions

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Superb organization skills

Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting timelines

Experience with MS Office

CaseWare/CaseView, and Taxprep is considered a strong asset

Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively work with others

Strong commitment to professional client service excellence

Schedule and Salary:

Hybrid working (3 days in office)

9:00-5:00

Permanent position

Salary will be communicated at a later stage in the hiring process
