Discover your exciting role As an Assistant Commissioning Manager, you will be part of our quality&commissioning team. You will support the Commissioning Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities. With your technical understanding and organizational skills, you will help ensure that projects are delivered in a structured and controlled manner across all commissioning phases.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of the full commissioning process (Level 1–5)

Assist in coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, OEMs, engineering teams, and client representatives

Support the review of technical documentation, specifications, and test procedures for MEP systems

Assist in the execution and follow-up of functional, integration, and performance tests, including issue tracking and resolution support

Help monitor commissioning activities, documentation, testing sequences, and progress reporting, ensuring compliance with EHS requirements and project standards

Support the tracking and closure of observations, non-conformities, and commissioning-related issues in coordination with senior team members

Show your expertise

Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical), Science&Technology, or related disciplines

Initial experience or internship in commissioning, engineering, or industrial project environments (Data Centers or complex facilities is a plus)

Basic understanding of commissioning processes, technical standards, and quality requirements

Strong willingness to learn and develop within a technical project environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Ability to work in a structured way, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Fluency in English and French (Min. B2)
