Description
The Consultant will be responsible for implementing Odoo projects for companies from a wide range of industries, following Captivea's methodology. Captivea’s consultants translate client needs into software solutions. As an Accounting Consultant, you will be an expert in the accounting modules and our main point of contact for accounting-related questions. You will also be responsible for implementing other Odoo modules (Manufacturing, CRM, HR, etc.).Responsibilities

Understand the project scope and analyze client needs: -Leading analysis workshops with clients -Demonstrating the software to clients -Reviewing existing accounting processes and proposing improvements using Odoo functionalities

Managing the project: -Defining and monitoring project progress in collaboration with the client and internal teams -Planning, tracking, and adjusting the project phases according to constraints and priorities -Leading follow-up meetings and communicating project progress -Ensuring effective communication throughout the project and documenting decisions and changes

Implementing the ERP software to meet client needs: -Defining and estimating tasks -Installing and configuring modules, especially those related to accounting -Customizing modules using implementation tools (Studio, automated actions, scheduled actions) -Importing data -Writing specifications and collaborating with developers

Analyzing and evaluating current accounting processes and recommending improvements using Odoo features -Acting as a reference for accounting-related modules and assisting other team members with accounting questions (both internal and client-related)

Ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the project: -Training and supporting end users -Being proactive in optimizing the client’s processes

Ensuring compliance with Captivea's methodology Participating in pre-sales activities: -Working with the sales team to analyze the prospect’s initial needs and propose suitable solutions -Delivering functional demonstrations aligned with the potential client’s business activities Skills&Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in accounting, finance, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements Experience with Odoo is a plus Required: interest in technology and ITExcellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team Problem-solving and analytical skills Adaptability and willingness to take on challenges A rapidly growing company with opportunities for internal and international advancementOnboarding program at hire and ongoing training afterward A supportive and dynamic team always ready to help Competitive salaries and performance-based bonuses What We Offer
