We are seeking a hands-on Logistics&Warehouse Manager to oversee our end-to-end logistics operations and warehouse activities. This is a key role within the company, ensuring the seamless storage, preparation, and global delivery of wine orders to yachts and international clients. Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including wine reception, storage, stock rotation, and order preparation Oversee international logistics and shipping to yachts worldwide (road, air, sea, courier) Coordinate urgent and time-critical yacht deliveries, often to tight deadlines Help the office staff to maintain accurate inventory control and stock reportingImplement and improve logistics processes for efficiency and cost control Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for fine wines Manage and motivate warehouse staff (where applicable) Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Profile&Experience

Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management is a bonus but not essential Experience with wine, spirits, luxury goods, or yachting industry is a strong advantage Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working under pressure and handling last-minute requests Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsFluent in English (French is a strong advantage) Valid driving licence You must have the right to live and work in France for the duration of the contract What We Offer
