Retail Marketing Officer, Saint-Laurent-Blangy

Responsibilities

Manage all retail concepts and support materials (merchandising / POS items). Work across retail marketing teams to share ideas and best practices. Act as ambassador of retail concepts, providing guidance to colleagues and external partners. Monitor results of concept implementations through field visits and share findings.Advise retail partners and sales team on improving performance in sales promotions, shelf layout, merchandising, assortment, category vision, consumer awareness, and brand recognition. Strengthen retail partnerships with strategic customers across all channels. Formulate and execute the retail support plan, accounting for budget.Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience in a similar role in bike retail or related sectors. Excellent language skills in French and English. Proficient with Microsoft applications; strong PowerPoint skills required. Benefits
