Capgemini is seeking a

SAP PP Transformation Lead - S/4HANA

to join their team. As a Consultant transformation S/4HANA, you will intervene on digital transformation projects for clients, leveraging your expertise in the SAP PP (Production Planning) module. Your main missions will include: Operational management of consultant teams in Agile or distributed delivery mode, ensuring respect for deadlines, budgets, and quality of deliverables;Identifying business needs, particularly in processes related to production planning and execution; Formalizing and synthesizing this information to obtain the business blueprint; Studying gaps compared to the standard or a reference solution; Writing functional specifications; Configuring and parameterizing SAP PP and its possible extensions (especially ePP/DS), performing tests;Integrating business processes with PM, MM, CO, and QM modules; Preparing support and training users; Identifying and managing risks, ensuring respect for deadlines, following planning, and ensuring the smooth running of the project; Coordinating topics between teams and ensuring effective communication with project stakeholders.Your profile: Solid expertise in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects; Good understanding of integration between modules, particularly with MM, CO, QM, and PM; Knowledge of IBP and/or APO is appreciated; A first experience with S/4HANA is a plus; Good oral and written expression, analytical mind;Professional English; Taste for project management. 5 reasons to join us: SAP Community:
