We seek a Conseiller Commercial for the individual market across Orne agencies (La Ferte Macé – Domfront – Flers). The role involves prospecting, client management, and achieving commercial targets to protect and support clients. Responsibilities

Meet prospects and policyholders to secure their insurance coverage and support their projects. Conduct proactive prospecting actions to grow a portfolio of private clients. Commit to achieving concrete sales objectives and ensuring client satisfaction. Participate in a 4‑month training program to integrate, develop insurance knowledge, and reach goals.Benefits&Working Conditions

Working hours: Tuesday morning to Saturday midday, with two and a half days on weekends. 6 weeks of paid leave plus RTT. Fixed salary on 13 months (starting from€25k gross per year).
