Consultant Senior Manager SAP Order to Cash (O2C) IBM France H/F, Bordeaux

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP O2C (Order-to-Cash) Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP O2C module implementations and optimizations.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP O2C implementation and optimization projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, including code reviews, design reviews, and training.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design, develop, configure, and customize SAP O2C modules, including Sales, Shipping, Billing, and Collections.

Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.

Conduct gap analysis between client’s current systems and target SAP O2C systems, and recommend solutions.

Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP O2C technologies.

Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.

Lead process improvement initiatives within the O2C cycle, identifying and implementing efficiencies.

Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for future O2C implementations.

Preferred Education Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree in Project Management or a related discipline would be an asset.

Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in an SAP environment.

Proven experience in delivering large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.

Strong understanding of SAP O2C solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

SAP certifications are preferred.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.

Fluency in multiple languages, particularly French for working with SAP products.
