Enter the Game At Betclic, Fraud&Anti Money Laundering are evolving toward a new operating model combining automation, AI‑assisted decision‑making, and scalable operational processes.
As part of the Fraud&AML Product Team, your mission will be to improve and industrialize AML operational workflows, reduce manual investigation duration, and help build more scalable and efficient AML processes supporting Betclic’s international growth.
Your Role Within Betclic This role sits at the intersection of Product, Operations, Compliance, Data, and Tech. You will work closely with AML Operations teams to redesign investigator workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deploy automation initiatives while maintaining strong regulatory compliance.
This is a hands‑on transformation role with immediate operational impact. Your main missions will include:
Improve and Industrialize AML Operations
Analyze existing AML operational workflows, pain points, investigation processes, and compliance requirements
Improve investigator experience and operational efficiency
Reduce unnecessary customer friction while maintaining strong AML controls
Support the implementation of scalable operational processes adapted to Betclic’s growth
Drive AML Automation&Decision‑Support Initiatives
Contribute to the deployment of AI‑assisted and automated AML workflows
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Tech teams on workflow orchestration and operational tooling
Ensure proper monitoring, quality controls, and operational guardrails are implemented
Work Closely with AML Operations&Compliance Teams
Partner daily with AML investigators, Compliance teams, Customer Service, Finance, and Tech teams
Translate operational pain points into concrete product and process improvements
Facilitate alignment between operational, regulatory, and technical stakeholders
Contribute to process documentation, prioritization, and rollout coordination
Use Data to Improve Performance
Monitor operational KPIs and investigation performance
Conduct root‑cause analyses on operational inefficiencies, delays, or incidents
Measure the impact of process improvements and automation initiatives
Use SQL and analytics tools to explore operational and risk data
Contribute to continuous improvement loops based on operational feedback and data insights
Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for pragmatic and execution‑oriented professionals who thrive in fast‑paced and operational environments.
This role is for you if:
You have 5+ years of experience in process transformation, operational excellence, product management, or workflow optimization
You have experience working on operational processes in regulated industries such as fintech, banking, payments, gaming, or consulting
You are comfortable working directly with operational teams and translating business pain points into scalable solutions
You are analytical, structured, and able to manage complex cross‑functional topics end‑to‑end
You are data‑driven and comfortable using SQL or analytics tools to investigate operational performanceYou have experience working with automation, workflow tooling, or operational efficiency initiatives
Knowledge of AML, fraud, compliance, or financial crime operations is a strong plus
You are fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with both operational and senior stakeholders
Recruitment Steps
If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Elodie within a week for an HR prequalification (30 minutes).
We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).
You will then meet Simon– Director of Fraud, followed by Julien – Lead PM and Stéphanie – Head of AML.
Finally, Elodie will receive you for a final HR interview, and you will take the opportunity to debrief your AssessFirst Test together.
