Senior Product Manager - Identity Verification F/M, Bordeaux

Location and Work Arrangement The position can either be based in Bordeaux with up to 3 days of remote work per week, or performed remotely with on-site presence in the Bordeaux office at least 4 days per month (travel and accommodation covered).

Role Overview As a Senior Product Manager in the Identity Verification Product Team, you will elevate our identity verification to the next level.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand our users and our market

Grasp the challenges of identity verification

Conduct competitive and technology watch, and contribute to team‑wide discussions

Own the Product Discovery phase

Identify impactful projects to verify identity (KYC) in the smoothest way for our customer, with the highest level of automation and quality

Manage relationships with our key partners

Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap

Help define the roadmap within your scope, frame projects, ensure timely delivery, measure outcomes, and iterate

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (countries, domains, IT, Customer Service, Compliance) to gather needs and share project updates

Build the best solution and measure its impact

Continuously improve our rule sets and algorithms

Monitor key performance indicators daily

Conduct functional analyses in case of incidents

Use SQL to analyze and manipulate data

Qualifications

Passionate about project management, data, and innovation in product design

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data, with at least 7 years of experience in IT project management

Proven expertise in KYC and identity fraud

Autonomous, creative, and capable of managing projects end‑to‑end while collaborating cross‑functionally

Methodical, able to take a step back and anticipate future needs

Data‑driven, fluent in SQL, and capable of making numbers speak to measure impact

Fluency in English
