About the Role This position involves approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend development. You will contribute significantly to evolving our user interface and experience while supporting backend functionality.
What You Will Do
Work across the full stack—backend and frontend—to build scalable, performant solutions.
Take part in all stages of software development: functional and technical analysis, estimates, coding, automated testing, peer reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
Tackle both business and technical challenges:
Complex configuration and data visualization for supply chain users
High-volume data processing and performance optimization
Frontend modernization
Collaborate closely with developers, QAs, product managers, designers, architects, and international colleagues in China.
Help shape technical direction and propose pragmatic solutions to architectural and business problems.

Experienced: A minimum of 5 years as a software developer, with strong backend expertise and solid front‑end fundamentals
Tech‑savvy: You write clean, testable code and have experience with microservices and cloud‑based deployment
Front end‑focused: Strong knowledge of TypeScript frameworks and JavaScript
Critical thinker: You don’t just build what’s asked; you challenge assumptions and propose better ways
Collaborative: You enjoy teamwork, sharing knowledge, and giving/receiving feedback
Communicative: Comfortable working in English within a distributed, multicultural team
Educated: Degree in engineering, computer science, or applied mathematics
