DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management, internal control, and compliance with local regulations and Group policies. Manage the overall financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis while ensuring adherence to internal control processes. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement while maintaining a high level of ethics and compliance.Provide strategic financial advice to the senior management team, supporting decision‑making and ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals. Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements while implementing internal control processes according to Group policies. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and a strong commitment to ethics and compliance.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification preferred. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a Finance Director or Controller. Strong understanding of French accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control processes.In‑depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies, drive process improvements, and enhance financial performance while ensuring compliance and internal control. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.Strong business acumen and the ability to partner with cross‑functional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in Distribution or a similar industry would be advantageous. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.LEGAL STATEMENTS
