Finance Transformation Manager
Location: Boulogne-Billancourt Employment type: Full time Duties and Responsibilities
Finance Transformation Projects&Initiatives: Advise Group Finance on the prioritization of Finance projects and the design of the global Finance transformation roadmap, in line with Group Strategy and objectives. Support various internal Finance projects and initiatives, as defined in the global Finance Transformation roadmap (including but not limited to the "Xcelerate 2030" 5-year transformation plan). Proactively manage all project phases including requirements gathering, solutioning and design, UAT, Go Live support, change management, etc. Participate in driving all project management-related (PMO) aspects, including project scoping and planning, progress and budget tracking, governance and reporting, risk tracking, etc. Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPO’s) and Internal Control (IC) to design best-in-class Finance processes and drive their adoption, ensuring process standardization, optimization&compliance across EXN entities and geographies. Support Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation, including harmonization of Country and Regional Finance organizations, centralization of transactional activities (transition to a Shared Services organization), etc. Finance Communication and Engagement: Foster global Finance community engagement through preparation of events (CFO All-Hands Meetings, Finance Seminars…). Promote and support the communication of Finance initiatives.Continuous Improvement&Innovation: Help drive a culture of continuous improvement within and beyond Finance teams by driving operational excellence initiatives. Provide counsel and insights to the Group regarding leading practices and current trends in Finance (digitalization, organization, processes and tools, etc.). Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Professional certification in Finance (e.g., CPA, CMA or similar) or Project Management (PMP, Lean Six Sigma or similar) is highly desirable. Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience implementing and managing transformation projects on the scope of Finance, either in a consulting or corporate environment (Big4 or other Tier-1 consulting firm highly favored).Proven experience in Finance project management: Finance Target Operating Model and/or Shared Services design and implementation; Finance process reengineering, especially in the field of P2P, O2C or R2R; Implementation of ERP and/or Digital Finance tools; Design of financial reporting frameworks and/or implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software; Strong knowledge of core Finance processes incl. Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Planning&Analysis (FP&A), Treasury. Excellent capacity for formalization, presenting ideas in an impactful and compelling fashion; mastery of MS Excel and PPT is required. Proven experience in process modelling and Business Process Reengineering (BPR); proficiency with business process modelling tools like MS Visio or Aris is required.Familiarity with financial software, including the following systems: ERP (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), EPM (OneStream, Tagetik, etc.), GL Automation (Blackline or similar), P2P automation (Kefron, Basware, etc.), O2C automation (HighRadius, Sidetrade, etc.). Soft Skills&Languages: Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency working in cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Transformation Office, and others. High degrees of autonomy and proactiveness; ability to drive a complex agenda and manage multiple stakeholders, while maintaining accountability.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
