Contrato

Supervise and coordinate all contractor activities across mechanical, civil, scaffolding, I&E, and QA/QC disciplines

Ensure all construction work is executed in compliance with Chevron’s safety, environmental, and technical standards

Oversee daily field operations, including workshops, fabrication yards, and offshore installations

Act as the primary point of contact for Chevron Facilities Engineering (FE) representatives, including Construction, Projects, and Engineering and reports to

Lead planning and scheduling of work activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability

Coordinate with commissioning and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and system readiness

Monitor contractor compliance with safety protocols, technical specifications, and quality standards

Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations as required

Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all field teams

Maintain accurate records of progress, productivity, and contractor performance

Provide regular updates to Chevron leadership on field execution status, risks, and

Support close-out activities, including lessons learned and documentation handover

Perfil Experience Requirements

Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with strong technical and

Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary field teams and contractor interfaces.

Experience in both greenfield and brownfield execution environments, including offshore operations

Strong ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.

Deep understanding of construction disciplines, project controls, and execution workflows.

Skilled in planning, risk management, and decision-making under pressure.

Effective communicator with internal stakeholders, contractors, and executive leadership.
