Our client is a brand-new Hardware Store that recently opened in Grand Bay, Mauritius. They focus on a variety of goods and services, supplying Eva–tech decking, Plascon Woodcare SA, Total power tools, HTH Pool Chemicals, and Trellidor SA. They are looking for a proactive and organized individual to fill the role of a Junior Administrator. The ideal candidate will excel in administration and will also support the Sales Manager to contributeto our growth. Recent graduates and interns are welcome to apply for this role.Duties&Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Administration Duties:
Manage and organize the sales manager’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and taking minutes during meetings as needed. Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure timely completionof tasks.
Driver Responsibilities:
Safely transport the sales manager to and from various locations throughout Mauritius for meetings and appointments. Keep the company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ensure it is in good working condition. Plan routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and punctuality. Assist with errands and deliveries as required.
Experience required: Proven experience as an administrator or similar role. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with basic office software and tools. Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.We are looking for someone who exudes the following characteristics: Professionalism: a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
