Executive Chef, Leschères-sur-le-Blaiseron

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This individual must have a passion for creating high-quality dishes and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain menus that reflect the restaurant's concept while meeting customer preferences. Ensure all food preparation is in compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and manage kitchen staff including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service for guests. Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role. Culinary degree or equivalent experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers. Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes, ingredients, and safety procedures.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Salary: USD $1400 per month, negotiable based on experience. City: Clairvaux. Flexibility to relocate preferred.
