Crédit Agricole Immobilier, via its subsidiary Crédit Agricole Services immobiliers, supports individual clients at every stage of their real estate projects. It specializes in property administration, designing services for leasing, transactions, property management, and condominium syndicate services regularly distributed through Square Habitat Crédit Agricole real estate agency networks.

Reporting to the Operations Direction, you join a team of 30 people to ensure the meticulous accounting of condominium syndicates across 83 buildings, overseeing 2,378 units.

Based in Chamalières (63), within the Operations Direction of Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers aux Particuliers (SIP), this role is a full-time permanent contract (CDI).

As a Condominium Accountant, your main missions include:

Manage the accounting of condominium syndicates.

Ensure compliance with accounting rules and regulations related to property management.

Contribute to the reliability of accounts and the quality of service delivered to condominium owners.

Act as the dedicated liaison for clients on all accounting-related inquiries.

Participate in preparatory meetings for account reviews and in council meetings/annual general assemblies as required.

You need at least 2 years of successful experience in residential accounting.

You come from a higher education background in accounting or an equivalent (BTS, business school, university) with a specialization in the real estate sector.
