What You’ll Be Doing ForgeAlliances with NGOs:Leverage your network to connect with NGOs that align with NavGurukul’s mission and bring in motivated students. Build meaningful, sustainable partnerships that grow our outreach and amplify our impact. Partner with Governments: Collaborate with government bodies and officials to establish pathways for student outreach. Navigate systems with tact, influence, andstrategic thinking to create scalable impact.Expand Campus Outreach: Lead outreach initiatives to bring diverse students to our residential programs. Build relationships with local organizations, communities, and stakeholders to expand awareness about NavGurukul. Drive Awareness and Marketing: Use your marketing wizardry to tell NavGurukul’s story to the world, inspiring more NGOs, government bodies, and communities to join our mission. Organize campaigns, events, and meetups to spread the word and build excitement.Be the Face of Partnerships: Represent NavGurukul at key events, meetings, and conferences. Build authentic relationships that help us stay rooted in purpose while scaling our reach. What We’re Looking For Experience That Matters: You’ve spent 5+ years building partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, or similar organizations. Bonus points if you’ve been an entrepreneur or worked in sales.A Rolodex of Impact: Your network is vast and impactful, filled with NGOs, government officials, and community leaders. People Skills Extraordinaire: You thrive on building relationships, negotiating win-wins, and aligning people to a shared vision. Marketing Know-How: You understand how to craft messages, run campaigns, and amplify awareness. You’re as comfortable drafting a marketing strategy as you are explaining it in a room full of partners.Mission Alignment: You believe in NavGurukul’s purpose and are deeply passionate about education equity and social transformation. Compensation The compensation for this role ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 permonth, depending on your experience. If you bring additional skills or experience that align well with the role, the pay could go up to ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
