OneStream Solutions Architect This is a full-time hybrid role for a OneStream Solutions Architect at Astral Solutions Group. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as OneStream solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process analysis. The role is located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

Our software expertise includes OneStream Software, Oracle EPM On-Cloud, Oracle EPM On-Premises, and various related applications. OneStream is a modern, cloud-based solution in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) space. CPM systems are used to manage several finance and accounting functions, including consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, Forecasting, planning, and account reconciliation. Qualifications

Lead OneStream implementation and solutions through full project lifecycle– requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support

Lead full pre‑sales cycle – introduction, scoping, drafting estimate and proposal, creating statement of work contract

Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client‑side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences.

Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges.

Adhere to CPM project delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables and milestones are completed on time.

Work with leadership to develop and grow the practice further including revenue attainment, sales and marketing assets, partnership with OneStream, training, recruiting, onboarding, and staffing.

Align with company core values and embrace the company culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activities.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.

10+ years of experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM cloud, FCCS, EPBCS).

Must have experience delivering at least 5 full OneStream implementation lifecycles on consolidations and planning.

Strong knowledge of financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.

Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments.

Deep understanding of FP&A processes related to budgeting, planning and forecasting.

Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution.

Previous experience leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations.

Experience with VB.NET and other programming languages.

Must have OneStream Certified Solutions Architect designation.

Experience with data integration between different systems/sources.

Job Type and Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Remote/Hybrid work with travel to client sites as needed.
