At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As an Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties:
Responsibilities
The resource shall utilize agency and Intelligence Community collections repositories and tools to provide targeting and analysis packages in support of identifying access vectors for projects.
The resource shall brief technical and mission critical information to audiences with varied technical skills.
The resource shall support HUMINT, CNE, and blended cyber projects through the delivery of targeting and analysis packages that identify potential access vectors, actionable leads, and exploitable technologies.
Demonstrated experience supporting or enabling cyber activities including HUMINT, CNE, and/or blended cyber projects with Sponsor or other IC agencies, to include demonstrated knowledge of environments, tradecraft, security, and counterintelligence.
Demonstrated experience performing technical assessments to detect vulnerabilities, develop methods for accessing systems, and devise plans to leverage identified weaknesses in digital networks, computer systems, and/or telecommunications infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience using customer repositories and targeting tools.
Demonstrated experience in target analysis, including ability to sort, catalog, and analyze multiple forms of data for suitability/use.
Demonstrated experience in supporting projects with HUMINT issues from different perspectives.
Demonstrated experience writing customer cables and targeting packages.
Demonstrated experience working in the telecommunications field, including experience with cellular networks and supporting technical projects related to telecommunications systems.
Desired Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated experience effectively utilizing signals or communications information to support information gathering and analysis efforts.
Demonstrated experience in assessing and analyzing complex issues, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality insights and assessments, preferably China.
Demonstrated experience in foreign language skills (spoken, written, reading) specifically Mandarin.
Education Requirement BA/BS or better.
Experience Requirement
8-10 years of experience related work experience.
