Responsibilities

Work with customers to translate operational needs into technical requirements.

Track program progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Support technical meetings with vendors to communicate program and mission requirements and provide technical advice and direction based on practical knowledge.

Develop project talking or briefing points in support of communication requirements for a program with a community-wide client base.

Collaborate with other operational teams to achieve Customer objectives.

Brief customers on program status and technical solutions.

Infuse Program Management best practices into Customer programs.

Required Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience with oversight of IT development teams.

Demonstrated experience providing technical support and training to a broad client base, both technical and non-technical.

Demonstrated experience understanding emerging technical trends.

Demonstrated experience in coordinating between technical development teams and operational stakeholders to successfully deploy technology to the field.

Demonstrated experience in systems integration and best practices.

Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and best practices.

Highly Desired Skills

Demonstrated experience with mobile communications infrastructure and technologies.

Candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications 5 years of demonstrated work related experience.
