At GCI, we solve hard problems. As a Systems Integrator, a typical day will include the following duties:
Work Requirements
Work with users to identify and develop system requirements.
Provide operational testing and recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and software for collection and exploitation.
Coordinate across the Customer’s organization and business partners to expedite data sharing, processing, and governance activities.
Analyze new technologies, hardware, and software to determine applicability and need for existing or proposed systems, including security, storage, and network technology.
Interface directly with Customer management for requirements for data collection and exploitation.
Programmatically manage solutions for virtual operations.
Collect and manage requirements for planning and produce outcomes from virtual operational requirements.
Evaluate data accessible in the public domain, including foreign social media websites and applications.
Assist in planning and managing multiple projects involving infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
Integrate data with existing platforms to generate correlation and analytical insights.
Establish strategic objectives based on the Customer’s vision for data collection platforms.
Conduct technical exchange meetings with stakeholders on business and technical requirements.
Prepare, coordinate, collect, and perform data transfer for integration and analysis.
Collect, ingest, and exploit large and small dataset collections.
Provide field technical and operational support for data analysis, possibly requiring temporary duty travel.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience collecting and exploiting data on social media platforms and mobile apps.
Experience architecting, designing, or implementing mission internet systems.
Experience configuring AWS and/or Azure networking, security, logging, routing tables, backup and recovery, shared storage, and baselining images.
Experience implementing cloud-hosted Android emulation solutions.
Experience implementing VPN tunnel configurations between on-premise and cloud, and cloud to cloud, including multi‑cloud obfuscation techniques.
Experience conducting and documenting infrastructure fingerprinting and briefing technical review boards.
Experience producing technical design documentation such as architecture and network diagrams for operational use and board approval.
Experience analyzing technologies, hardware, and software for applicability and need in security, storage, and network contexts.
Highly Desired Skills and Experience
Experience triaging and troubleshooting data transfer issues with enterprise partners.
Experience leading technical teams and briefing audiences for review board approvals.
Experience working through the Customer’s A&A lifecycle and addressing risk with ISSE personnel.
Experience working with Customer managers, technical leads, and PMs to develop system requirements.
Experience assisting in planning and managing projects involving infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
A candidate must be a US Citizen and have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications Education:
BA/BS or better.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
