Location: Décines, FR
Your Contribution As a Technical Service Manager, you will lead technical support activities for the French market, ensuring expert assistance, high‑quality documentation, and continuous improvement of our aftermarket services.
Handle and resolve technical complaints while ensuring clear communication with customers.
Provide expert hotline support and guided troubleshooting across our product portfolio.
Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation, bulletins, and internal materials.
Prepare and deliver technical trainings in person, online, and through digital platforms.
Support European projects focused on digitalization, e‑learning, and service innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor KPIs, share insights, and improve processes.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Technical background (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in engineering, mechanics, or automotive technology.
Solid knowledge of thermal management, A/C systems, and engine mechanics; workshop experience is a plus.
Strong command of MS Office; SAP and digital training tools are an advantage.
Fluent French and professional English required; German is appreciated.
Excellent communication, customer orientation, analytical thinking, and ability to simplify complex topics.
Autonomous, well‑organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
