Our mission, roles and responsibilities
The site IT manager ensures the proper functioning and manages the evolution of the site's information system, particularly by acting as an interface between users and the group IT organization (GIT). Coordinate or ensure the implementation of local applications and infrastructures. Ensure the permanent availability of systems and guarantee their proper functioning. In this context, carry out daily operations and monitoring tasks (monitoring, processing, backups, security, etc.).Participate in the improvement of the site's information system (local and/or central):
Collect and address site requests, implement new projects for applications and local structures as well as improvements to existing information systems in order to keep up with site developments. Guarantee user ownership of the system. If necessary, coordinate the application and creation of procedures and necessary support measures (user committees, working groups, etc.).
Take charge of support and evolution of Process IT: drafting specifications, monitoring, problem analysis. Implement and guarantee the proper functioning of degraded IT modes. Provide on‑call duty periodically, like the other members of the local IT team. Provide users with technical support on applications and infrastructures validated by GIT and/or provided by the IT Service.Guarantee the application of group standards, particularly regarding support (Helpdesk), hardware, software, security policies, software license control, inventory, etc. Manage the site's contracts and relationships with external and internal providers (CC, Helpdesk, etc.). Develop and monitor the site's IT budget in collaboration with the Region manager and the site's financial control.Manage the on‑site IT staff in terms of organization, objectives, and results. Establish and monitor the "key indicators/dashboards" and "key events" of the site, with a view to communicating them to the Region Managers. Manage the proper maintenance of documents required for operations and internal or external audits.Participate in management or service committee meetings to report on the site's, region's, or group's IT actions. Participate in the site's on‑call duties, which may occur in the evening and on weekends. Required qualifications
BAC+5 in Engineering with a specialization in Information Technologies. Minimum 5 years of team management experience. Diplomatic, excellent communication skills, capability to manage a team. Good level of English, minimum B1, ideally C1. Leadership qualifications
Able to unite a group to achieve common objectives. Strong communication and listening skills. Empower the team as a good leader. Technical qualifications
Master IT tools (Windows workstation and server environment, SQL environment, Office365, AD, LANDESK, VMWare, etc.). Knowledge of the CISCO environment. Benefits
