Integrated into the service

Front End Epitaxy R&D , within the PT2 native epitaxy team, you will be responsible for the MBE equipment used for the development of the new generation ofµLEDs. You will be responsible for their installation, commissioning, performance and availability, while ensuring their maintenance and continuous improvement.Your role will involve close interactions with the epitaxy, characterization, operations, HSE and supply chain teams. Your missions Your Main Responsibilities Will Be Structured Around Four Areas MBE Equipment Expertise Manage the installation, relocation and start-up of MBE equipment. Define and implement qualification plans.Maintain equipment at the best technological level (instrumentation, automation). Monitor performance and implement indicators (KPIs, SPC). Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, in conjunction with the maintenance team. Manage spare parts and equipment restart. Epitaxy ActivitiesDevelop and optimize epitaxy recipes. Analyze and exploit associated data. Transfer and harmonize processes across all equipment. Contribute to technological monitoring and intellectual property (processes, equipment). Write and maintain procedures and operating procedures. Reporting Provide weekly reporting on equipment usage and availability.Monitor technical progress and identify bottlenecks. Management support Supervise and support technicians and operators. Organize the schedule for using the equipment. Train new arrivals in best practices. Required profile

Training And Experience Minimum Bac+5 in microelectronics, PhD in epitaxy desired. Proven experience in epitaxy of semiconductors (nitrides). Solid expertise in maintenance and monitoring of 200 mm MBE equipment. Experience in industrial and clean room environments preferred. Technical SkillsKnowledge of epitaxy processes. Mastery of vacuum techniques and maintenance issues. Professional English (oral and written). Experience in instrumentation/automation would be a plus. Personal qualities Rigor, autonomy and organizational skills. Team spirit and good interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze, synthesize and take a step back.Responsiveness and adaptability in a start-up type environment. What we offer
