Hotel Manager - Summer Season 2026, Superdévoluy

As an Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of dedicated staff members. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of service, optimizing hotel performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your impact

Oversee and coordinate the operations day to day in the hotel, outside terrace on the slopes, snackbar and restaurant.

Track stock levels of food and drinks, supplies and equipment. You oversee ordering what is necessary.

Create the planning for your team of hospitality heroes, help in the recruitment and manage the team.

Maintain a high standard of customer service according to the company operating procedures.

Attend to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.

Manage purchases, relations with suppliers and follow up invoicing.

are comfortable to combine hospitality and F&B in this position.

have strong communication skills and speak English/French, Dutch is a plus.
