Project management Director, Gennevilliers

Project Management Director (m./f.) Location: Gennevilliers (92) or Tours (37).

Overview Reporting to the VP Access Business Unit, the Project Management Director will lead project operations teams across Europe, Asia, and North America, managing both direct and functional mandates. As a member of the Product Line leadership, the role focuses on delivering projects that meet quality, cost and delivery objectives, ensuring contract margin performance, and driving governance and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Execute QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and cost competitiveness across the value chain from tender to project delivery for approximately 200 global projects.

Define and implement governance, operating rhythm and KPI monitoring to support robust tender process and project execution.

Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers and coordinate multi‑segment projects.

Ensure robust project governance for risk and opportunity management, variation order and claim strategy.

Develop project management office skills within the team.

Qualifications

Minimum 20 years of total experience focused on project/program management.

Experience in equipment (rail, automotive, heavy equipment, aerospace, maritime, etc.).

International exposure and strong delivery experience as a project manager/director.

Experience in portfolio management and contract margin management.

Strong skills in management by influence, communication, negotiation, risk and opportunity management.

Experience in tender/bid management a plus.

Fluent in English.

Willing to travel up to 30%.

Authorization to work in the EU.
