R&D AI Project Manager

to lead our most exciting innovations from concept to market. Your mission (should you choose to accept it)

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll sit at the crossroads of

tech ,

R&D ,

product , and

business . Your role is both strategic and hands-on: Lead end-to-end

AI R&D projects

– from scoping to deployment Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, developers, UX/UI designers, etc.) Define and manage the

technical roadmap

and priorities, based on customer needs (France + international) Stay on top of the latest

AI tools, trends, and methods Write clear technical documentation and presentations in

English, French, and Spanish Act as the main interface with international clients and tech partners Spot and secure

R&D funding opportunities

(France, EU) Be ready to

travel regularly

– innovation happens on the ground Master’s degree or higher (Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science or similar) Proven experience managing

technical projects , ideally in

AI or innovative software Solid understanding of

machine learning

and AI tools (you don’t need to code, but you should get it) Strong organizational and leadership skills Fluent in

French, English, and Spanish

Education : Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field Experience : 3+ years managing technical or AI-driven projects (including R&D environments) Solid understanding of

AI/ML concepts, tools, and methodologies Good grasp of

software development cycles , even if you’re not a coder Familiarity with modern project management practices (Agile, Scrum, Kanban…) Fluent in French, English, and Spanish

(written + spoken)— must-have Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments ✈️

Willingness to travel

frequently (mainly within Europe&Latin America)
