Report to the Global Drills Director and provide management with results of economic and financial analyses required for operational and strategic steering of the Global Drills units. Develop procedures, management and reporting tools, define main guidelines for controls and indicators, and design activity dashboards (weekly, monthly, or quarterly).Develop and manage the budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, coordinate preparation activities, and calculate cost prices. Collect, analyze and consolidate budget data from operational departments and profit centers, conduct economic and financial analyses and prepare business cases for strategic projects.Analyze company performance by reviewing variances between actual results and budgets or targets, and perform reconciliations between accounting statements and results from reports and dashboards. Provide accounting with data to be integrated into results to ensure better alignment with the economic reality of the business.Identify optimization opportunities and support operational managers in achieving cost savings. Define and optimize the financial information system and provide the financial information required for decision‑making. Qualifications
Hold a university degree at Master’s level or equivalent in company finance, accounting management or financial audit. At least 7 years of experience in a similar position. Ability to handle numerical data with method and rigor, anticipate deviations, and propose corrective actions. Full professional proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.Strong skills in the MS Office suite.
