Job Overview Welcome in the Commercial, Digital&Tech department. Our mission is to elevate guest experience and drive revenue for hotels and owners worldwide, at the lowest costs and sustainably. The Success Management Hubs&Brands team drives the global adoption and performance of Commercial, Digital&Tech initiatives across regions and brands.
Responsibilities
Co‑defining and driving annual success plans: Collaboratively define and lead the annual success plans for brands and regions, focusing on Commercial, Digital&Tech (CD&T) related initiatives.
Ensuring regional performance through project management: Oversee project management for specific regional needs to ensure the EBITDA performance of the respective region/brand.
Articulating CD&T's value proposition: Craft and articulate the CD&T's compelling narrative to regional stakeholders, showcasing advancements, preparing adoption plans, and fostering rapid execution down to hotels/clients.
Advocating for regional and brand needs: Act as the voice of regional and brand requirements within internal teams, enabling informed prioritization of initiatives or judicious renunciations.
Fostering collective efficiency through synergies: Identify and promote synergies between regions and brands to enhance collective efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
Establishing and managing governance: Implement and oversee the governance framework with regions and brands for CD&T and contribute to the preparation of COMEX / C‑Level executive meetings.
Leading the Success Management team: Manage and develop the Success Management team dedicated to the ENA, Americas, China, MEPAC regions, and the group's Luxury&Lifestyle brands.

Main Challenges
Ensure a thorough understanding of the STO performance challenges for each region and brand.
Understand all the key challenges of the CD&T, regardless of expertise, to be able to support their success and articulate the storytelling for all company levels.
Play a cornerstone role between central CDT and all regions&brands with interactions with a wide range of profiles and skillsets within the company, high exposure.
Implement the right management and governance mechanisms to ensure collective efficiency across regions and brands.
Qualifications
Min 8 years of experience including management experience
Consulting firm experience
Business acumen
Results‑oriented analytical mind
Proven ability to structure, organize, and synthesize ideas and storylines effectively
Proactive, driven, autonomous, reliable, rigorous, and flexible
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A true team player
People management skills from sales, tech, operations, and business‑oriented backgrounds
Strong communication&change management skills
French and English proficiency
