The Senior Manager Revenue Solutions is responsible for steering Accor strategy related to Revenue Management Solutions, with a forward‑thinking approach in relation to the evolution of revenue management within the group.
This position plays a critical part in ensuring the success of our Revenue Management Solution Strategy. It requires effective coordination of cross‑functional team collaborations and support of leadership and stakeholders in developing business strategies, establishing long‑term goals and objectives, managing key risks, and advancing both business and project initiatives.
The role involves handling data and statistics from various sources such as PMS, TARS, RMS, Excel shared tools, and market and distribution files, in addition to collaborating with providers and key stakeholders across the group. It is essential for driving revenue growth, refining RM tool strategies, and providing innovative solutions that enhance overall business performance.
This collaborative position involves working with central®ional business leadership, product, IT, and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure departmental alignment to advance the overall Accor strategy.
Your mission Manage part of the RM Tech Stack product portfolio
Manage existing RM solutions / products, including roadmap innovation, functionality improvement
Work with IT and other product teams to ensure consistent integration within the Accor ecosystem
Lead the discovery and exploration of new technological solutions
Study cases to explore strategic levels for Revenue Management
Build Standards&Best Practices
Develop SOPs for RM technology, adapted to business practices and needs
Develop deployment / go‑live processes to ensure proper adoption
Be the super‑user of the defined product scope
Coordinate globally with hubs®ions
Be a key point of contact for collaboration with the hubs from revenue solutions perspective
Support adoption of the tools within Accor, elaborating go‑to‑market plan with business units
Centralized enhancement requests, build business cases to support global or regional/brand initiatives
Manage external providers
Be the key entry point for providers, managing the overall relationship, coordinating with all Accor teams
Support negotiation processes, post‑RFP, and annual review
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Super user of Revenue Management systems&tools
Strong knowledge of Accor systems (PMS, CRS, RMS: Opera Cloud, TARS/ACRS, IDeaS)
Fluent in English, additional language highly appreciated (French, German, Spanish)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with mindset for innovation
Tech‑savvy with good understanding of BI tools&data processes
Project management expertise, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
