This is an exciting opportunity to grow our Retail Channel Marketing programs in France and Spain as the Consumer Channel Marketing for France/Spain/Italy. This role will work in partnership with the global marketing teams, global®ional sales teams and the channel, OEM and OS leaders to execute an aligned and successful Consumer Channel strategy on behalf of Qualcomm. Responsibilities
Develop, align and execute marketing plans for the key retail channel partners in the France and Spain region. Work with country leads to build and develop relationships with key OEM partners at country level to drive device sales through channel partners and increase Snapdragon‑powered device market share growth.Plan budgeting, campaign development and alignment with retail marketing counterparts, OEM&OS partner leads to execute strategy across training, incentives and marketing campaigns. Drive overall awareness via campaigns, brand and product touchpoints. Execute marketing plans and deliverables in partnership with channel and retail partners. Leverage messaging, brand assets, video‑based content and align to promo calendars across retailers and OEMs.Apply a creative approach to marketing opportunities and unlock new methods to reach audiences. Build strong collaborative partnerships with partners and within the local team. Experience
Detailed knowledge of consumer OEMs and channels for PC. Experience working on new projects and establishing new ways of working. Ability to define and execute consumer channel programs. Experience driving cross‑functional teams to create comprehensive plans with identified dependencies and critical issues/paths.Establish key performance metrics to ensure success. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, delivering clear messages on issue identification and resolution via schedules, trackers, and campaign status updates. Preferred Qualifications
8+ years consumer channel (retail, online) and marketing experience in technology companies. Master’s degree in business or technology preferred. Strong understanding of mobile and related technologies (e.g., 4G/5G, XR, AI) and associated customer value propositions and use cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly proficient in English; additional languages are beneficial. Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and rapport with senior business stakeholders. Ability to convey information clearly and accurately with great credibility. Organized, resourceful and adaptable. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Associate’s degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years).
