Communication and co‑ordination between different teams in France and 19 countries in a HR setting

Participating in communication and marketing campaigns for HR processes (Annual Review, People Review, career Review) and promoting internal mobility

Hosting meetings, webinars, conferences for an international and French audience

Creating and updating supporting documents for HR processes

Improving the efficiency of HR processes in collaboration with the HRIS team, contributing to the upgrading of HR processes and systems

Your profile

You are fluent in English (written and spoken), ideally have a working level of French, a third language is a plus

You have good command of Pack Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word

You are interested in international projects and communication

You are interested in human resources, career development and mobility

You are detail‑oriented and polyvalent
