Your Impact Within the Production&Quality teams, you will work directly on the engine assembly lines to ensure the compliance, reliability, and performance of our products.

Your role goes beyond inspection: you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our industrial processes.

Votre Impact Au sein deséquipes Production&Qualité, vous intervenez directement sur les lignes d’assemblage moteurs afin de garantir la conformité, la fiabilité et la performance de nos produits.

Votre rôle ne se limite pas au contrôle : vous participez activement à l’amélioration continue de nos process industriels.

Responsibilities (On a Daily Basis)

Performing quality inspections on assembled engines and sub‑assemblies

Analyzing deviations and contributing to on‑site problem solving

Collaborating with production, methods, and engineering teams

Participating in the continuous improvement of quality standards

Contributing to the reliability and optimization of assembly processes

Monitoring quality indicators and proposing corrective actions

Taking part in audits and industrial performance initiatives

Gradually developing autonomy on cross‑functional topics

Au Quotidien, Vous Serez Amené(e) à

Réaliser les contrôles qualité sur les moteurs et sous‑ensembles assemblés

Analyser lesécarts et participer à la résolution de problèmes terrain

Collaborer avec leséquipes production, méthodes et ingénierie

Participerà l’amélioration continue des standards qualité

Contribuerà la fiabilisation des process d’assemblage

Suivre les indicateurs qualité et proposer des actions correctives

Participer aux audits et aux démarches de performance industrielle

Monter progressivement en autonomie sur des sujets transverses

Qualifications / Assets You hold a degree from an engineering school in general engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or quality management. Recent graduates are welcome— above all, we are looking for:

Additional Information We enjoy understanding how things work, solving practical problems, and working collaboratively within a team. An initial experience through an internship or apprenticeship in production, quality, or continuous improvement would be a plus.
