As a

Cost Estimator

within our

Global Delivery Management (GDM)

team, you will play a critical role in delivering data center projects across Digital Realty’s EMEA portfolio. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Sales Engineering, Design&Construction, Operations, Sales, and Finance—to ensure accurate cost planning and value‑driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cost estimating efforts for data center projects across the EMEA region

Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and project budgets

Build and continuously enhance a comprehensive cost database tailored to EMEA markets

Partner with internal stakeholders to support value engineering and cost optimization

Your Profile

Experience in construction cost estimating, general contracting, or electrical contracting (preferred)

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, one‑line diagrams, and specifications

Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with MS Project, Word, and Access

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment

Fluency in both

French

and

English
