Senior Finance Business Partner– Technology As a key member of the Online Betting&Gaming (OBG) Business Unit, you will drive the financial performance of Technology, support major transformation initiatives, and line‑manage a junior partner based in Stockholm. The role reports to the Group Technology Performance Manager. What You Will Do

Technology Performance&Financial Leadership Own budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning cycles for OBG Technology costs, collaborating with Technology leaders and Group Technology Performance teams. Partner with FP&A to oversee the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring data accuracy, delivering insightful variance analysis and providing clear performance narratives. Prepare and lead Technology Performance Committees, presenting actionable insights to support decision‑making. Perform ROI analysis, scenario modelling and business case evaluations for strategic technology investments.Ensure long‑range planning cycles are realistic, value driven and aligned with Group strategy. Transformation&Continuous Improvement Deploy and enhance the Group Technology Performance framework across the OBG Business Unit. Maintain and evolve financial models (cost structures, resource&capacity planning, Capex, software/hardware investments) to strengthen IT cost oversight. Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and planning capabilities. Contribute to the Carbon IT roadmap, supporting sustainability and ESG targets. Business Partnering&Stakeholder Management Act as the trusted finance partner to OBG Technology leadership, challenging assumptions and supporting value‑based decision making. Present performance updates, risks and opportunities to senior and executive‑level stakeholders. Team&Cross‑functional Collaboration Line‑manage a Technology Finance Business Partner in Stockholm. Collaborate with other Finance Business Partners and Business teams to support Group cost discipline and strategic priorities. Travel regularly, particularly to Stockholm, to ensure effective on‑site collaboration.Benefits

7–10 years of experience in financial management, FP&A or performance controlling, with P&L ownership, Capex and economic modelling. At least one role embedded within a technology or digital organisation. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, Adaptive, Qlik Sense or Power BI. Master’s degree from a leading business or engineering school or a recognised professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).Proven ownership of end‑to‑end planning cycles and experience presenting to executive‑level stakeholders.
