About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated
Digital Design Engineer
to join our
Bluetooth IP team . In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled group developing state of the art Bluetooth solutions that power next-generation connectivity platforms. You will play a key role in designing and implementing robust system solutions, ensuring that performance and reliability requirements are met to deliver advanced wireless technologies.
This position requires a deep understanding of the digital design lifecycle, a high degree of autonomy, and strong collaboration skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including architecture, system, algorithms, hardware, software, validation, and customer support, to drive excellence throughout the product development process.
Responsibilities
Define the micro-architecture for advanced Bluetooth/15.4 MAC, PHY modules.
Take ownership of design and verification.
Implement the digital design on FPGA for prototyping.
Support the Validation teams during the certification of the product and the application team on request (Customer Support).
Plan, Track and give visibility to your work progress.
Provide documentation, including micro-architecture, interfaces and module level testing.
Propose continuous improvements by contributing to the evolution of the work environment (process, technology, tools).
Requirements
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in computer sciences, electronic, embedded systems or similar field.
3+ years proven experience in hands-on digital design and verification.
Strong knowledge in Verilog/SystemVerilog coding.
Strong understanding of design flow (Micro-arch, RTL, testbench, code coverage, synthesis, verification, co-simulation).
Experienced in FPGA implementation.
Effective communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate with others and work autonomously in your field.
Self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and capable of working in autonomy.
Project planning and progress tracking skills.
Fluent English - Verbal and Writing.
Advantages
Knowledge in wireless communication protocol in any of following standards: Wi-Fi 802.11 / Bluetooth / UWB / Cellular 3GPP / 802.15.4.
Knowledge in SoC or Sub-System Architecture and Integration.
