WHY WE NEED YOU ? Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Core Services Product team to support the evolution of our account platform and improve how clients access and interact with the Scaleway ecosystem. Your mission will be to lead the product strategy and evolution of the Account platform in order to optimize onboarding, ensure secure account management, and provide a reliable source of user data for the entire Scaleway ecosystem.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will be part of a team of 6 people working on the Account platform, a critical product that impacts the entire Scaleway customer lifecycle—from account creation and authentication to support access and data governance. The team works closely with many other product teams and departments to integrate account services across the platform (console, notifications, search, billing, and more).
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Define and drive the product roadmap for Scaleway’s Account platform
Improve the account creation and onboarding journey to better support different customer profiles
Design and evolve the account architecture (tenant, organization, project, user model) to support enterprise customers
Lead initiatives related to authentication, account lifecycle management, and security
Ensure the user database acts as a reliable“source of truth” for internal systems such as billing, BI, and product services
Work on fraud prevention, compliance topics (including GDPR), and account protection mechanisms
Improve resource and product search capabilities within the platform
Promote and improve the support experience including ticket management and support plan visibility
Collaborate with multiple teams (Trust, Support, Marketing Growth, SalesOps, Legal) on cross-functional initiatives
Use product data and experimentation tools to prioritize and measure product impact
About You HARDSKILLS
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or tech environment
Strong data-driven product mindset and experience using analytics tools
Experience working on platform, account, onboarding, or authentication systems
Ability to lead cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms, or A/B testing tools
SOFTSKILLS
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Curiosity and willingness to understand complex technical environments
Diplomacy and collaboration skills when working across teams
Rigor and organization in managing priorities and documentation
