Location Lille, France– Hybrid (2 to 3 days remote, client sites in the Lille area)

Position Summary Full‑time Software Engineer (CDI) in a technology‑first organization. Your core focus is designing and delivering scalable Python solutions, managing cloud infrastructure, building data pipelines, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement distributed systems at large scale using Python.

Lead refactorings of complex cloud infrastructure.

Build robust data pipelines that meet performance needs.

Mentor junior developers and share expertise across teams.

Transition technologies (Flask→ FastAPI, Protobuf → Pydantic) without disrupting production.

Propose and prototype architectural improvements through PoCs.

Projects You Might Work On

Develop job scheduling products built on BigQuery and Dataflow.

Create complex REST APIs with FastAPI in distributed architectures.

Automate content translation using Google Cloud Generative AI.

Build Jupyter notebooks for data ingestion and processing.

Set up document repositories and lead team onboarding.

Validate ML results using the Natural Language API and generate reports.

Qualifications&Experience

Proven experience with Python and distributed system design.

Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or equivalent) and infrastructure management.

Hands‑on work with APIs (REST, FastAPI, gRPC) and data pipelines.

Experience mentoring or leading junior developers.

Comfort in moving legacy systems to modern frameworks with minimal risk.

Ability to prototype and present architectural enhancements.
