Marketing Program Manager, Lille

Anywhere-Remote Salary Band = $60,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities:

Be a key point of contact between YMC’s account team and our clients Drive the strategy, planning, and management of new and ongoing client campaigns Keep projects running on-time and under budget, aiming to exceed KPIs and expectations Oversee the recruitment of national team(s) of student ambassadors based on unique brand criteriaBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with students, clients, and your internal team Manage day-to-day activities of junior internal employees and student ambassadors Monitor time spent by team members on projects proactively identifying issues or areas of efficiency Lead with confidence, compassion, and a commitment to excellenceQualifications:

4-year college/university degree 2 - 6 years of work experience; 1 - 2 years of team and/or project management experience Outstanding communication, problem solving, and presentation skills Strong organization and time management Unrelenting attention to detail and an eye for compelling contentAdvanced knowledge of digital and social media best practices Perfect Candidate:
