Profile Senior Operations&Corporate Controlling Manager (M/F/X)

Lead a team of 2 and be responsible for steering financial performance for the Operations perimeter (Purchasing, Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality&Regulatory) as well as corporate expenses.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly closings and reporting for the Operations perimeter and corporate expenses, in close collaboration with Accounting.

Support business teams with budget tracking and financial decision-making (analysis, recommendations and guidance).

Monitor and steer the financial impacts of finished goods and components inventory: stock level and quality, calculation of accounting provisions/stock depreciation, and support to operations teams on end‑of‑life clearance.

Track product development investments (CAPEX) and IT investments (CAPEX&OPEX), in coordination with the relevant departments.

Drive the planning cycles for budget, revised forecast and strategic plan.

Partner with the Purchasing team on financial projections and P&L impacts, including year‑end rebates follow-up.

Qualifications

Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School or University, with proven experience in Controlling or Audit.

Minimum 8 years of professional experience.

Strong command of SAP FI‑CO and Excel, good level of English and solid accounting knowledge.

Accuracy and reliability, strong analytical mindset, ability to synthesize, strong affinity with IT, interpersonal skills and a service mindset.
