To strengthen our Operations team, we're looking for a passionate SysOps Engineer to ensure the stability, security and efficiency of our infrastructure and systems.
Systems Operation and Maintenance
Monitoring and resolving incidents on system infrastructures
System updates, patches and configurations (OS, software, etc.)
Analysis and troubleshooting
Safety and Compliance
Implementation and monitoring of system security policies
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Working with the security team on audits and vulnerability tests
Automation and Industrialisation
Development and deployment of scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks
Use of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.) to standardise configurations
Ability to use AI assistants to improve productivity and process efficiency
Collaboration and Support
Participation in Guilds: Working closely with the Cloud Practice&Automation and Security teams to ensure alignment with best practice in terms of infra as code and supervision.
Ability to work 4‑handed with junior profiles
Participation in internal and customer projects
Active participation in internal projects (process improvement, introduction of new technologies, etc.)
Working with project teams to deploy customer solutions (cloud, infrastructure, security, etc.)
Contributing to the definition of technical requirements and project planning
Work in Agile mode to guarantee rapid, high‑quality project delivery
Drafting Technical Documentation
Drafting and updating technical documentation (DAT, DEX, etc.) for systems and processes
Feeding the CMDB
Working with teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of documentation
Profile required Diploma level : Higher education (Bac+4/5), from an engineering school or equivalent.
Expected experience
Minimum 5 years' successful technical experience in a digital services company.

Windows Server (2022 or later)
Scripting&Automation
PowerShell
Bash/Shell
Python
Ansible, Terraform or similar
Network
In‑depth knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Stormshield (configuration, management, troubleshooting)
Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network technologies (VLAN, VPN, etc.)
Knowledge of Cloud principles (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or similar)
Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, etc.)
AI
Ability to use LLM languages to improve productivity (e.g. script generation, log analysis, etc.)
Monitoring tools
Experience with system monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
Technical editing
Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation (DAT, DEX, installation guides, etc.)
This position requires good interpersonal skills, rigour and responsiveness, autonomy, the ability to find solutions to incidents and a strong taste for teamwork.
