Lead the charge in ensuring our renewable energy assets operate reliably and efficiently.

Manage all Operations&Maintenance activities for solar PV and BESS projects throughout France.

Guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and availability guarantees.

Coordinate all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance.

Monitor the performance of our plants, identifying opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and maximize uptime.

Lead and support our local field service engineers and subcontractors across France.

Act as the primary operational point of contact for our valued customers, investors, and all external stakeholders.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in O&M management within the dynamic renewable energy sector.

Demonstrate strong experience with utility‑scale solar PV projects, with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience being highly valued.

Exhibit a good understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and grid connection requirements.

Prove your ability to manage international operations and lead remote teams across the UK.

Maintain strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and operational compliance standards.
