Description
We are looking for an experienced Economic Game Designer with at least 4 years of experience, working on high-scale free-to-play games. If you have the following skills
Strong experience in game economy design (sources / sinks, currencies, progression balancing) Good mastery of F2P monetization mechanics (offers, pricing, pay-to-fast balance) Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (modeling, simulations) KPI-driven mindset (ARPDAU, LTV, retention, conversion)Experience with Live Ops and economy iteration (events, tuning, feature optimization) Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, data, product, engineering) Nice to have
Experience working on high-scale games (+10,000 daily active users) Knowledge of SQL (data extraction and analysis) Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methods Then you're the right person to work with us!
