Project Manager (f/m) Location: Marignane, France.

Job Overview Manage development projects within the Compliance Solutions Department, ensuring all initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal processes.

Responsibilities

Ensure overall project management, guaranteeing success in terms of technical aspects, deadlines, performance, quality, and budget to meet stakeholder satisfaction.

Monitor project status and manage risks and opportunities.

Lead, coordinate, and animate project team activities consistently with business managers.

Prepare and present internal project milestones and ensure implementation of Airbus Helicopters internal processes.

Manage costs, technical tasks, quality, and performance.

Ensure that all activities comply with contract terms and procedures.

Provide support to program team, product managers, and operations team to manage dependencies and ensure smooth transition to production.

Travel to various locations to support project activities.

Qualifications

Computer science degree or equivalent.

5–10 years experience as a project manager for complex system integration.

Leadership ability, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Successful experience in supplier/partner management.

Ability to synthesize information.

Tenacious, organized, and rigorous.

Autonomous with good adaptation skills.

PMP certification by PMI desirable and/or Agile certification (SAFe).

Negotiation level proficiency in French and English.

Eligible for security clearance or must be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
