Retail District Manager, Marseille

Overview

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced District Manager to lead multiple retail stores across the South of France for a premium international fashion&sportswear brand. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive performance, lead teams, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is located in Marseille, France. Key Responsibilities

Lead store teams to achieve sales and profitability targets Coach and develop Store Managers and in-store teams Drive high standards in customer service and store operations Ensure compliance with brand, visual, and operational guidelines Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams Support talent development and succession planning Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies Requirements
