Luxury Real Estate Developer Procurement Manager, Marseille

AHS, a premier luxury real estate developer, is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead and oversee our procurement processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and services for our upscale residential projects. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of procurement best practices within the real estate development sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and company objectives

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor identification, qualification, tendering, negotiation, and contract management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs and project timelines

Evaluate supplier performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement measures to mitigate procurement risks

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain optimization

Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Prepare and present procurement reports, metrics, and analyses to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably within luxury real estate development or construction industries

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management

Proven track record in managing complex procurement projects and achieving cost savings

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners

Experience in vendor assessment, risk management, and compliance

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
