Job Description
Lead, supervise and animate the 'pôle éloignement' team:
Apply regulations on expulsion of irregular foreigners (measures, coordination with PIE).
Coordinate with lawyers to represent the State before courts for expulsion litigation.
Supervise specific expulsion instruments: departure checks, residence assignments, Dublin procedures, family court cases.
Develop a daily rigorous monitoring of network statistics.
Provide weekly statistical reports to internal services and partners, and monthly reports to DGEF.
Create and sustain a legal watch on expulsion in coordination with PIE actors, updating decision models, analysing contentious data, conducting research, and participating in strategic planning.
Professional Environment The 'pôle éloignement' and litigation of residence is part of DRIM. Responsibilities include formulating expulsion measures, handling associated litigation, monitoring specific situations, executing administrative and judicial decisions, and providing legal resources to partners.
Specific Conditions of Exercise
20 points of NBI.
Dynamic legal context; urgency; high availability.
Engage in weekend on‑call duty (approx every two months), weekly permanence until 19h, and optional early‑hour stand as needed.
Requires republican neutrality, discretion, availability, good relational skills, rigour, methodology, and sense of responsibility.
Participate in the implementation and compliance with the 'référentiel qual‑e‑ATE' and public service commitments.
