packaging lines
within a global response that also integrates
pots, closures, lids and a wide range of associated services. At the heart of our
growth strategy you will manage and develop a
portfolio of prospects and industrial customers
(SMEs, ETIs and major groups) with a wide range of needs, from sauces and spices to dairy products, top-of-the-range cosmetic creams and high added-value pharmaceutical ingredients. You deploy the
sales roadmap for the Industry division
Targeted canvassing, segmentation, trade fairs and events. You
drive customer relations
- account mapping, loyalty plans, opportunity identification - to build lasting partnerships based on trust and technical value. You
transform needs into tailor-made offers
including costing, technical and economic arguments, negotiation right through to conclusion, and then support for the project alongside the design offices, production and after-sales service. You
manage your business via our CRM You will be responsible for clear reporting and contributing to market intelligence (competition, trends, regulations) in order to anticipate developments in our three business areas: agri, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. YOUR PROFILE
You will have initial successful experience of selling BtoB industrial solutions (special machinery, processes, equipment). You like the
autonomy and highly technical sales cycles. Passionate about French industry You're comfortable arguing for the "Made in France" expertise, mechanical reliability and CSR benefits of our solutions. Your curiosity means you're equally at home talking to an agri-food production manager, a cosmetics development manager or a pharmaceutical quality engineer.EXPECTED SKILLS
Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques in complex industrial environments. Solid technical background: packaging processes, special machines, dosing, heat sealing, etc. Excellent understanding of commercial KPIs: margin, turnover, business profitability. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit, daily interaction with the design office, production and after-sales service.Fluid use of a CRM and office automation tools; structured, regular reporting. Adaptability and a desire to learn in a fast-growing environment driven by innovation. The head office is located 15 minutes from Lyon, in Beynost (01), in recently inaugurated premises that are easy to access (train/bus/cycle/motorway, etc.) and close to numerous shops and sports facilities. The position is available on a permanent basis. We are looking for
