Job Overview PJF is the CBC2 project CFO to own the project financial end‑to‑end process and result, and should be the first contact for financial information regarding CBC2 projects, including NPI and sustaining.

Responsibilities

Accelerating time‑to‑market strategy with partnering with project managers, through globally standardized and streamlined procedures

Provide solid project financial analysis to support PAC decision (New product launch evaluation including cost estimates, capacity analysis, profit and loss statements; Make‑v‑Buy, Localization, Cost Savings, Industrialization, VAVE), closely monitoring project execution and driving financial result

Provide scenario analysis to support global CBC2 product footprint decisions

Provide visualized financial reports to improve data transparency, and continue to improve internal processes to support decision and execution

Project post‑auditing to evaluate performance and drive recovery actions for deviations

Provide cost breakdown / cost trend analysis to support pricing negotiation

Main Business Partners

Project management, product management, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, materials, finance, demand management, pricing, engineering, and the leadership team

Ideal Background

Finance background with 3‑5 years of full‑time costing experience

Knowledge of manufacturing (molding, stamping, assembly)

Excel / PowerPoint / Power BI / SAP skills

Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills

Fluent English
